How to configure eslint under atom in windows?

I am using the atom editor with the linter-eslint plugin . You need to configure the initial config. For linux, you can configure with a simple command eslint --init, but how to do it under windows?

Absolutely the same. If you have everything installed correctly, then you need to run this command in the root folder of the project from the console (Shell). And then just do everything step by step, and then the configuration file will appear.
