How to configure dynamic cache (W3TC_DYNAMIC_SECURITY) in W3 Total Cache?

Thus "any PHP code" will not be cached, but PHP code must be inserted without <?
PHP tags ?>, and I don't understand how to stuff not only php but also html there so that everything works?
