How to configure dnsmasq to work as a DHCP server on a network with a domain controller?
There is a small network (I set up experience for the sake of it) on virtual machines. The configuration is approximately the following:
1. The machine with debian8 acts as a gateway to the outside. Planned Squid + ClamAV there.
2. Domain controller on Debian8. Samba4 as Windows Server 2008R2 level CD. In the same place naturally primary DNS. Haven't done a backup controller yet, later.
3. Clients - Windows 7 (convenient AD DC administration utilities). LTSP thin clients.
4. Terminal server on LTSP. There are TFTP and DHCP servers.
Question actually following: whether it is necessary to take out the DHCP server from the machine with the domain controller? I would like to leave it together with the TFTP server on the same machine, it is more convenient to configure. And if you take it out, then how to set it up? How is dnsmasq configured on a network with a domain controller? Or maybe it's worth looking in the direction of another DHCP server that is configured, hmm ... is it easier or what? In general, I will be glad to any information on this issue.
