in the CNC setting there are
Section ID: SECTION_ID
News ID: ELEMENT_ID
result - /newscompany/?ELEMENT_ID=37119
and /newscompany/novi-god/ for example.

If you are using a complex component, check the CNC checkbox. And instead of ELEMENT_ID and SECTION_ID write ELEMENT_CODE and SECTION_CODE. Well, build the address as you need.
