How to configure access to images, css, js files via http and https?

Shalom guys.

Please help me to set up a rule in the virtualhost config, so that images, css, js and /robots.txt can be accessed via http and https.

Now everything redirects to https.

The settings now are:
Redirect 301 "/" " https://site.ru/ "

This is needed for search engines.
