How to concatenate newly created js files on the fly in Gulp 4?

I'm starting a new project. Updated Gulp to Gulp 4. Building the project. I want to use BEM file organization. I would like the js script files to be concatenated on the fly within one or more folders. Here I found an article on the topic, but it has long been outdated and not relevant. Please help me to do a similar task. Thank you.

Look at my assembly , everything is there out of the box.
