How to compress image for pagespeed insights validation?

Good afternoon, tell me, please, how to compress images so that pagespeed does not swear?
I went through jpegoptim --strip-all first, it removed 5-7% on average.
Then just in case jpegtran -copy none -optimize -progressive - it didn't remove anything at all.
Pagespeed swears, for example: ee1.jpg could save 24.6KiB (35% reduction)
There are about 200 thousand files, the volume is 150GB.
