How to compress gltf with Draco Compressed?
In the three.js documentation, I found a mention of gltf compression support due to Draco Compressed. In principle, I don't care how it will be compressed, I need to process only a few models. After searching, I found a project on the git written for the node https://github.com/AnalyticalGraphicsInc/gltf-pipeline. This is the only one I found that came close to solving my problem. According to the instructions written there, I installed the package, but the commands are not executed.
I tried to specify both absolute paths and just names by going to the desired directory, but the result is the same. Maybe I'm setting the parameters incorrectly. Or maybe you know some other simple way to compress gltf
