How to completely uninstall ubuntu?
I downloaded and installed ubuntu through the "wubi" program, decided to sit behind ubuntu, restarted the computer, could not load ubuntu, there were problems in some partitions, I did not specify any partition of the hard disk because of this it did not boot, I decided to delete ubuntu, took and deleted the foolish way (demolished the entire Ubuntu folder) and now when I restart the computer, the computer prompts me which OS to choose, either windows 7 or ubuntu. I go into ubuntu and there are already other errors, like there are no files to download ubuntu, but of course I deleted them. So the question is how to completely remove everything and reinstall it?

Through Windows, delete the partitions where ubuntu was installed, boot through Windows LiveCD and on the command line:
bootrec / fixmbr
bootrec / fixboot
bootrec / scanos
bootrec / rebuildbcd
In a nutshell: you have a second OS loader installed (for ubuntu) and it refers to non-existent files (that you deleted). Here it is described what bootloaders are, dig from there and demolish the ubuntu bootloader, then you will find peace again.
Advice: if you want to install Linux distributions like ubunta, install not through Windows, but through the installation disk, the installer will help you partition as needed, and install a hornbeam to conveniently switch between systems. It's better in terms of performance
