How to completely reset Alcatel OneTouch Pixi 3 (4) 4013D?
The brother pumped pirate toys onto the phone, the result is that due to viruses, it is hardly possible to use the phone. Cleaned out everything that is possible, to no avail, it is hiding somewhere and pumping out reinforcements a little. A strategic decision was made to completely reset to factory settings. Yep, ran away. "Restore and Reset" with the "Backup the contents of internal memory" unchecked does not erase viruses. The same garbage if you try to reset through the recovery. I googled that, in order to completely reset, you need to encrypt the device, and then make a hard reset so that it cannot restore the encrypted data. I tried, no result.
In general, now the situation is as follows:
- APK files are not installed (apparently some system application responsible for this has been erased,
- there is root (KingRoot)
- it also doesn’t work through recovery to fill in the archive with applications (neither from SD, nor through ADB)
- ADB works, it doesn’t seem to have root access, but through adb shell
it (but you can’t, for example, pour something into / system with the help adb push
)
- fastboot seems to work, but with a command fastboot oem unlock
like a confirmation window should appear on the device, but nothing happens
- there is more info about the device here , but I didn’t understand what to do with this Flashtool, what kind of Download agent, Scatter-loading File, where to get all this from and what to do with it?
How can I restore the device?
PS Googled several links to download CyanogenMod for this device, all outdated
