How to completely remove NodeJs and Gulp from the system and everything that is installed globally?

I'm sorry for the help, Gulp broke down suddenly... BrowseSync stopped working, well, in general, I started to figure it out myself and figured out that now it doesn't open in any project :)
Writes this
module.js:487
throw err;
^
Error: Cannot find module 'gulp-sass'

Tried demolishing Nodejs , reinstalling Gulp -g again, nothing changes...

gulp-sass it wants this module, try putting it locally in the project, if it doesn't help, try globally, but I think it's all in a local problem

In some projects, if you remove Node Modules , and do npm i again, everything starts working
. In a project with OpenServer o Opencart, this topic does not work, and when you remove-install npm, this is what
