How to completely remove node.js?

Hello. I put node.js through nvm and now I want to completely remove the entire node.js with all modules and other nonsense. How can I do it?

• C:\Program Files (x86)\Nodejs
  
• C:\Program Files\Nodejs
  
• C:\Users\{User}\AppData\Roaming\npm
  
• C:\Users\{User}\AppData\Roaming\npm-cache
