How to completely anonymize the operating system?

Windows is known not only for a large number of software, but also for an equally huge amount of surveillance, as well as various loopholes. Can you tell me how to anonymize this OS using dozens as an example? There is no complete analysis from experts on the Internet.

Disconnect the target computer from the Internet. And even better - if you're so paranoid - and pull it out of the socket. Otherwise, no way.

COMPLETELY will not work, because the Windows system does not control the numerous applications that will be installed. For example, they installed Chrome - so it will follow the user more strongly than the system itself.
A few years ago, windows pissed me off. Strongly pissed off! For example, I needed to turn on the computer and quickly make a report and send it. It wasn't there! Comp lags! I raise the task manager - it turns out. billgates at the same time decided to collect telemetry. Utilization proca rolls over. And he doesn't care .... th, what is urgent for you. You can't ask him to wait five minutes. He silently and stubbornly loads percent. It was infuriating! And many other situations, I will not describe them ... I tried to deal with every situation - it’s more expensive for myself ...
Now the situation is different, I just have an iron rule - immediately after installing the system, ShutUp10 is FIRST (there are many analogues) - and EVERYTHING is prohibited (sometimes I leave the defender). No auto-updates, etc.
Work is much more comfortable .. And there is much less espionage ... But, of course, it is not completely excluded, as the author of the question wants.

Put in a virtual machine, run as needed, turn off without saving the state.

No way. In a closed axis, it is impossible to guarantee the absence of bookmarks. From the word at all.

Hello. This is not possible due to the fact that Windows 10 is a closed operating system. Do you want an operating system without surveillance? Install a Linux distribution! It's free.

In this setting, you will not get sensible answers.
What does "anonymize" mean ? :) Always log in as Anonymous. And the password is the same, for security. :)
Specifically , what and who are you afraid of?

From the word most likely nothing. And it's not even about the operating system. As soon as you go to the Internet provider aware of your movements, if necessary, you will be identified by the MAC and Hardware ID, if the MAC can still be replaced, then with the rest of the pieces of iron it is almost impossible. Many will now say that a VPN will help, let VPN and TOR remain, although the first option is not very reliable. Free ones with a good "collision" merge data, although they hit themselves with a heel in the chest that everything is private, paid ones immediately warn in the user agreement "that in which case they will share data with law enforcement agencies." It remains Tor, but I am sure that you also know very well that it is not very comfortable to work through it. Therefore, it seems to me that anonymity in the network is a ghostly thing, although I may be mistaken.

You can use anti-detect browsers like adspower, multilogin, gologin, also called anonymous browser. This provides users with separate environments with different IP addresses and time zones for each individual account, helping you to avoid being snooped by Windows.
