How to compile sass in all subdirectories in gulp?

I have gulp installed in the web folder, it contains the proj1, proj2, etc. folders.
They respectively contain .scss files that I would like to compile to css.
How can I make sure that all .scss in the proj1, proj2 folders are compiled without writing the path to a specific folder each time? Is this even possible?
