How to compile PyQt5 and Pygame for android?

Is it possible and how to compile PyQt5 for android, I heard about pyqtdeploy, but I didn’t figure it out, the documentation is in English and too complicated. Same question with Pygame. If you know, you can throw a link or write instructions pliz.
