How to compile py to exe from Win 10 environment via pyinstaller so that it works on Win 7?

I have a script that compiles in Win 10
When I run it on Win 7 it refers to a bunch of errors
Question: Is it possible to compile py into an exe in Win10 so that it runs on Win7 (by flag type)

No way. Python won't compile
