How to compile ffmpeg libav under Windows with x264 enabled?

Hey! Such a problem - compiled libav for use in VS paired with C++. Faced with the fact that I forgot about x264. So, I decided to recompile and enable x264, did everything exactly according to the guide (here https://titanwolf.org/Network/Articles/Article?AID... ), but nothing helped, with the configuration (./configure .. --enable-libx264 ...) gives ERROR: x264 not found. I didn’t figure out what the problem was, I tried to compile x264 through make install, and configured with --disable-opencl, but still nothing.

Also, when configuring libav, I included /usr/local type, it still did not help. Can someone give an answer on how to do this?

I’ll write an addition to my previous question - ffmpeg won’t work for me directly, simply because the software is not static, and I need to be able to throw it all away without too much fuss to another person. With the binding of the library itself to VS, etc., I figured out how to drop the dll in the right place, it's not difficult.

I know that those who think about ffmpeg itself will also come here - I mean the libav library for working with code.

You need to first build libx264 from source, copy libx264-128.dll to ${MinGWDir}\bin, libx264.dll to ${MinGWDir}\lib , and then build libav with --enable-libx264 option
