How to compile Fedora on ARM architecture?

Hey! So my problem: I have a wonderful smartphone: Sony Xperia Z1 PCT, and I want to adapt the Fedora distribution for it, with all the drivers, etc. I ask the strongest in this field to help me figure out this difficult issue, because my own knowledge of Linux is not enough :(.

I want to adapt a Fedora distribution for it, with all drivers, etc.

If you look here: mirrors.fedoraproject.org/publiclist/Fedora/20
you will see the columns arm and armhfp -- these are Fedora repositories compiled for ARM (no floating point and hardware floating point support). All you have to do is (tm) load your kernel and start the installation.
