How to compile an application on ionic from under windows
the documentation writes ionic package download BUILD_ID
but if on a poppy it was clear where and how to write, then the standard windows console cannot do this

you need to install ionic globally and then everything through it:
ionic serve -l
ionic run android --prod
ionic build android --release
