How to compile a JAVA program in Eclipse?

I know this is a very stupid question, but I couldn't figure it out. In general, I decided to study JAVA and found an example of a snake game. So I think I’ll understand the code, maybe I’ll add something of my own, but I decided to at least check how it works. Here the problem arose of how to make an application out of these sources. Below is a link to the entire project. Please explain step by step to me stupid, otherwise I could already learn something, but I spent only half a day compiling the program :) Thank you all!

The project is made in Intelijj IDEA.
For "training" you can take a trial version or community edition.

I'd rather start with Hello World. And then I wrote more and more complex and complex programs. In general, it's better to just take a good book on Java (or which courses are normal to take, but you still have to read the book). The book will just go from simple to complex - that's it.
