How to compare the structure of MSSQL database?

There are two dumps:
the first is clean and the second is working
, with materials, but with a slightly outdated table structure.
There is no radical difference. The discrepancies are minimal, but the CMS cannot be launched.
The question is how to visually find differences in the structure and correct them? What are the tools?

It can also automatically generate a script to update the structure
