How to commit changes to your existing GitHub repository from PHPStorm?

I actually started working on another computer, I'm trying to commit to my own repository, to which I committed from a working computer.
Share Project On Github - writes that there is such a repository (it's understandable).
Trying to add the project folder as a git repository, same error:

How to rejoin my own repository on the same branch and save the edits I made on the new computer

File -> Settings -> Version Control. In Directory, select/set the correct directory.
Is there a repository there at all?
