How to combine Win, *nix, iOS clients within one VPN?

Good day!
There is a server on amazon (ubuntu). pptp vpn is "raised" on it. Clients (both windows and linux) connect fine. But there are problems. Between themselves they do not respond even.
Who can help with advice in setting up? It is only necessary because my office sits on the third router in the network and I can’t physically do port forwarding through three routers, so I don’t offer DynDNS or analogues.
Here is a map of my network: I

need a VPN to connect to the server in the office via SSH.

Did you look in the server settings (pptp)?? Usually it's all pretty well laid out.
In fact, you need a route from clients to the desired subnet, and "permission" on the server to walk these packets. Also check the firewall settings, on your own and on the server, maybe it is blocking.

Do not respond because the samba is not lifted.

Why do you need to ping each other's clients?
Do you need access to the server?
How many routers on the road - does not matter. You are creating a virtual network on top of all this. If a virtual network is created, then from the point of view of the network, you have one continuous communication channel , without any routers along the way.
