How to combine VPN?

Hello! Please tell me, in order to connect let's say 1 central office and 3 branches use VPN for it, respectively, we buy Mikrotiki. Do I need a VPN server for all this and buy a VPN service (ExpressVPN)?

Mikrotik itself will be the VPN server. Then choose for yourself - pptp, l2tp, openvnp, etc., according to your needs and tasks.
