How to combine USB modems (link aggregation)?

Hello. Please tell me how to solve the following problem:
you need to combine several (2 or more ) usb modems to increase bandwidth.
I see two possible ways:
1. A ready-made router with several (the more, the better) usb ports for connecting usb modems and the corresponding load balancing functionality between them. Does it happen at all?
2. A solution based on software and a separate machine (possibly virtual), if this option - tell me about the settings.
I would like to increase the throughput, tk. now I have a speed of 80-100 kbps maximum on one modem!

The first way is your pure fantasy. I haven't seen this at all...
The second way is to set up modem connection on Linux or BSD. Then, using a firewall, distribute the traffic (who, where and through which modem). It will never work to merge everything into one channel and get one big one, and this is basically impossible. And yes, it's a really bad idea. They distribute traffic between a pair of providers, and even then, it was during the existence of limited wired Internet. Modems will still periodically fall off the network, etc. My advice to you is don't be stupid.

The first way is not fantasy. I already found a similar device: MAX-OTG-U4 - Quad-USB 4G LTE/3G router. If I understand everything correctly, this is exactly what you need - 4 USB ports + load balancing & failover. However, the price of it bites: $ 548 on Amazon . Perhaps someone has seen similar devices cheaper?
As for the second way, there is also information here in neighboring topics, but for a "beginner" not everything is clear ...
