How to combine several branches of the company into one local network?

There is a VPS with freebsd.
Office 1: IP 192.168.0.0/255.
Office 2: IP 192.168.1.0/255
Office 3: IP 192.168.2.0/255
Each office has a "server" with Win Server 2008 (distributes the Internet) and several hundred computers.
Parameters of the local network of computers (all branches are identical in settings):
IP 192.168.0.1/255
Main gateway: 192.168.0.100 (win server)
DNS: 8.8.8.8, 4.4.4.4
Task:
Raise a VPN server on the VPS that will connect them into one single local area network.
In which direction should I dig (mpd5, OpenVPN)?

the company going to the Internet via google dns is a very brave and honest company, I have to admit :)
and as for your question, everything is also simple in principle - the only question is finances.
On the fingers, if you explain, then you need a collecting router that will receive traffic from real IPs (which the provider gave you) in each office.
In theory, you should already have something like a router - so then everything is simple - forward the interfaces to, say, the main office and voila!
If necessary, you can arrange them for different VLANs...
for hardware, I like Syberoam 's, but here is an explanatory picture: CCCDeploymentDiagram.jpgwell, if the budget allows and there is a resource in the form of a cisco drive, then install cisco...

Better than OpenVPN:
1) it is considered more secure,
2) it supports uploading routes from the server to the client.
Under Linux, it is configured in a couple of hours, I have not tried it under FreeBSD yet, but most likely the same.
The main thing is that the version was not EoL'naya.
If you need a turnkey setup, write to [email protected] It's
faster to do than to explain.

Of course, I don’t know everything, but at first glance it’s not clear why you need to create an artificial bottleneck and a point of failure in the form of a hosting server. raise two tunnels from each office and you will be happy. Moreover, to raise freu on vps is an unobvious decision.

try tinc -- www.tinc-vpn.org
I certainly didn't use it under win systems, but p2p vpn is quite convenient for Linux
