How to combine multiple images into one pdf page?

Input: 2 folders with images inside (5 in each). How to merge image images to get 2 long pdf pages. That is, you just need to glue the new image to the bottom of the old one. Thus forming PDF pages.
PS Pdf format is not required, the main thing is to get some kind of "like a book" at the output.
