How to combine laravel and wiki engine on the same hosting?

I am writing a small Laravel application for use within the company (something like an internal portal).
The system administrators asked to place the wiki engine there. Can you please tell me how to put it all together?
Is it necessary to prescribe in the Apache settings or .htaccess in the public folder to prescribe something?
