How to combine cloud storage?

I would like to be able to sync a folder in Win10 with an aggregator program that would automatically download and distribute them to different cloud storages. Are there similar solutions?

I would make rsync + the necessary script.
The program above belongs to mail ru, so I do not automatically recommend using it if you want to save your data only for you)
