How to combine 4 lte modems connected via ethernet and sum the channels?

Hello everyone, I have 4 Microdrive Tandem-4GL-OEM modems, I need to combine them into a common Internet channel, as in the example with usb modems, and so that they are powered via twisted pair over POE. I thought that you can connect them all to the Raspberry pi via usb ethernet adapters, but maybe there is a ready-made device so that you can do without adapters and have POE for power and you can install OpenMPTCPRouter on it ? And if there is no such device, can they be connected to a suitable switch and connected to Raspberry? Thanks for answers.
