How to colorize a Google Docs cell depending on the values of 2 other cells?

There is a line, it has a cell with text, and 2 cells with numbers (for example, 10 and 9). When the numbers become equal or the second number is greater than the first, then the cell with the text should be painted green. I did not find how to apply conditional formatting, since it only works with numbers, not cell values. Well, there are about 1000 such lines, so a scalable solution is needed so as not to prescribe the second value in each formula, it should be taken from the cell.

In the Format section, select conditional formatting.
Next, in the "Cell Formatting" drop-down list, select "Your formula".
In the formula field:
=A27=B27
Click "Finish"
