How to color fill a row by condition in google spreadsheet?

For example, if cell M279 is not empty, then add a red background to line 279. I found conditional formatting in Google Spreadsheets, but it only applies to one cell, but it should be to a row.
Created an example of how it should look like in the end.

@NeiroNx

well, you need to specify the range 279:279 , select "Your formula" and write = $M$279 <> ""
