How to collect the project to one folder?

There is a project that in itself opens an html site from a computer and the site draws scripts from a folder. In the code, you have to specify the location of html. How to make it take from the same folder with exe. Or even shove everything into one exe and take it from there. It also opens html not with a standard web browser, but with mozilla, and a whole folder is needed for its operation. How can I add it too? I am using Visual Studio 2017.
