How to collect texts of publications from sites using links from rss feeds?

Tell me if there are services / tools that could help automate the following:
1. extract links to news from the rss feed,
2. copy texts of publications from sites (not from rss) using these links,
3. collect according to a template ( title-date-author-text-link) report with texts to doc/pdf document?

there are, of course, but they are mostly paid, for such tasks I wrote myself a copy-paste, which checks not rss, but a sitemap (if any)
