How to collect mail address on Wordpress?

The site has a form, or rather one input, where email is entered. Well, like a subscription by mail. Is there any simple plug-in for collecting these emails that will be entered into this form? Essentially collecting data with a specific form

In order not to fool around with layout and event handlers, trying to attach something to your input, you can install a plugin like wordpress mailchimp (mandrill, mailgun, sparkpost, any other mailing list service), and insert a shortcode instead of input. The emails of the subscribers will immediately be added to the mailing list, which you can then simply download or use further in the selected email service.
I suppose, by analogy, there are plugins that collect mail locally into a database with export to csv (such as Subscribe Form)
