How to collect files in APK?

Good day. I have a simple, banal question. I have an archive with . I have translated the Timeout3g Free 2.1.4 app through the TranslatorApk app . After pressing the "Collect" button, all files were translated and sent to a folder with the name of the application. Now back to the question, how to make this archive become a working APK file?

If you have application files (java, res resource folders, etc.) then import everything into eclipse or android studio. And there, click Export, a dialog box will pop up, select "build apk" and then follow the instructions
