How to collapse completely all blocks in Sublime?

You can collapse and expand the current block by pressing Ctrl+Shift+[ and Ctrl+Shift+[. But how can you collapse and expand all the blocks at once, so that they do not interfere when writing new code? Is there such a keyboard shortcut, or a plugin?
