How to collaborate with bitbucket?

Explain on "fingers" how the mechanism of collective work with git is arranged. Specifically, the situation is as follows:
There is "I" and another person. The repository was created by me. When I commit to bitbucket, it asks for a password, my account password. The situation is the same with another person, again asking for my password, of course, which I cannot give. How to resolve the situation?
Another person added to "Access Control" with READ, WRITE, ADMIN rights

You can't make an SSH key with Write access on Bitbucket.
You need to add a user in access control.
After that, he will be able to push, indicating HIS login / password.
But there is a limit of 5 users (I don’t remember - for one repository or for all in total).
