How to close the uploads directory?

Good afternoon, I am setting up the loading of images according to the documentation.
Almost everything works as it should, but at the moment if I go to blog.dev/uploads I get to an empty file tree.

How to make a 404 error on this page, but so that the files are available at blog.dev/uploads/file.png

For example, you can create an index file, index.php, and make a redirect in it. It will open instead of a directory listing
