How to close the port using newfangled firewalld?

Friends!
Firewalld is a pain!
I've been fighting for a day now, I just can't figure out how to close the port with the help of this hellish craft. If everything is simple, logical and understandable in the classic iptables, then here I have already lost faith in life! For example, 29019/tcp brought pain and suffering into my life, I want to close this port to the outside world.
