How to close apache 2 server opening by ip?

Hey! Please tell me how to configure the opening of a specific site when accessing the server directly by IP?
Now typing 178.78.78.78 in the address bar opens the default apache page. How to do if typing in the address bar 178.78.78.78 the redirect was to site.ru? The site was not just opened by DocumetRoot , but in the address bar 178.78.78.78, but in the site.ru address bar.
On one of the servers, where in 000-default.conf DocumetRoot points to /var/www/html (there is nowhere more default) where there is only 1 html file, in fact, there can be no talk of a redirect through .ht. 000-default.conf is included in apache2.conf is not commented out, which means there is no link to another vhost.
Please advise how to solve this problem. Now on the server where you need to solve the problem: Ubuntu 16.04, apache 2, without any panels.
