How to close access to the server by ah pi and allow by domain?

Actually, how to restrict access to my server only by the domain specified on the hosting, so that some other sites do not use IP access to create a mirror.

I didn't understand how it would interfere with creating a mirror.
And so, there are many options. For example, you can make virtual sites - so that there will be one site for the domain name (if there are several names, then a separate site can be assigned to each), and another site for the IP address.
