How to close a process or service using JS?

Good day to all! After googling for 5 minutes, I didn't find an answer...
I have a service in Windows 10 that needs to be disabled in order to back up a certain file. Otherwise, problems may arise (the integrity of the file will be violated). You can remove / kill the process (instead of a service, or-or) and restart it after the backup, this is the second option.
Question: is it possible to somehow stop the service or process through js\node.js???
