Pages on the site look like site.ru/index.php?id=123, site.ru/index.php?id=124 , etc.
Tell me how to close one of these pages from indexing?

Robots.txt
Disallow: /index.php?id=124 - one page (substitute the desired address)
Disallow: //index.php?id=12* - all pages containing "index.php?id=12(any character)"
