How to close a gunicorn session?

The site is hosted on the VDS (flask, caddy)
But I noticed that it "eats" a lot of resources
. I would like to close this case. It seems to be clear explained everything (I hope)
It is necessary to kill all gunicorn processes so that nothing else works.
(reinstalling the system is not an option)))
google did not help, everywhere guides how to install it all, but I need the opposite
Ubuntu 16.04
