How to clone git from a closed project (my project)?

My computer is formatted and I'm trying to download my project, but it says:
Cloning into 'test'...
[email protected]: Permission denied (publickey).
fatal: Could not read from remote repository.

Please make sure you have the correct access rights
and the repository exists.

How to fix?
