How to clone a laravel project from Github?

I work with the project at home and at work (in the afternoon :).
For a while everything was ok. But now, when I launch changes from the server, the project is buggy at work.
You have to replace the JQ and bootstrap files every time.
In addition, a message appeared: Warning: line endings have changed from 'LF' to 'CRLF'
In addition, there is an error parsing json arrays.

And some STUN errors...
And at the same time everything works at home
What am I doing wrong?
