How to climb up frames in selenium?

There is a problem. I first need to pull data from the nested frame, and then from the outer one. I went into the nested frame, but stopped seeing the outer one. And I can't find a method to exit back to the outer frame. I tried to find it by xpath, but it doesn't see it. Please tell me how to leave the nested frame in the outer.
