How to clear the memory of Android?

When I go into the settings in the memory, the "other" function takes up the most memory of 3.55g. When I open the other, there is simply nothing there, but the memory is full!

Have you tried installing any cleaner from play?
I would try (after reading the reviews first).

I did this,
downloaded kingroot => and cleaned out everything that didn’t suit me, including standard google play applications
, right now I have 2GB of free memory .. although there was 600MB from the store
