How to clear internal memory in Beeline Smart-e?

I have BeeLineSmart first.
When I try to update the application, I get an error with the text about the lack of memory. A Google search gave this Cleaning logs on android . But where do you enter it?
I tried to enter in the dialer, but it says "Connection problems or incorrect MMI code"
How else can I clear the logs?
Or where should I enter this mysterious combination to clear the logs?

Do not enter anywhere. This doesn't work everywhere.
If you have Android 4.2 and above, go to Settings, Storage, wait until the memory allocation between different types of data is calculated, click on Cache and answer "Yes" to the question if you want to clear the cache of application data.
Also, take care to remove all unnecessary photos from your phone and check what you have in Downloads - there is probably a bunch of what you once downloaded, looked at, but you don’t need it for anything else.
